Q: What is Midgets with Tickets's commission and what does it cover?

A: As a seller, you are able to list your tickets for FREE and will only pay MWT Commission if your tickets sell. MWT charges 10% commission on all completed transactions.

Q: My tickets have sold. What do I do next?

A: After your tickets have been sold, the next step is to ship your tickets to the buyer and don't forget to get a tracking #. Once you have the tracking number, log back into your account and enter the tracking # for your ticket.

Once the buyer has received the tickets, they will have 24 hours to confirm the tickets are valid and accurate.

24 hours after delivery of the tickets, you are allowed to request payment from MWT. Once we verify that everything was shipped and okay, we'll send your money using the payment method you chose (paypal or check).

Q: When will I get paid?

A: 24 Hours after your tickets have been shipped, you must login to your account and "Request Payment". This will be a link next to your sold tickets. MWT does not know there is a pending payment to you until you have sent the Payment Request.

Once we receive the payment request, we will verify the tickets have been shipped, and the buyer has had at least 24 hours to confirm the tickets. Then we will send your payment.

Which payment option is the fastest?

Currently, we only offer payments by PayPal or Check. PayPal is obviously faster, because it's an instant transfer of funds. However, it may take longer for you to withdraw the funds from paypal depending on how your PayPal account is setup. Checks generally take 5-7 days not counting processing time.

Q: How do I set prices for my tickets?

A: It's up to you to decide on the sale price of your tickets. Enter your desired price per ticket for each listing. Remember, when your tickets sell, we collect a 6% commission from each sale, which we deduct prior to sending your payment. Be sure to keep this in mind when deciding on a price.

To help you decide on a price, you might look at the sale price of other comparable listings. This can give you an idea of what the market value of your tickets may be. Remember, we cannot guarantee that your tickets will sell.

When setting the sale price of your tickets, it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable local, state, federal and international laws, statutes and regulations.

We don't collect a commission if your tickets do not sell.

Q: I no longer have the tickets I listed for sale. What should I do?

A: If you no longer have the tickets you listed, deactivate or delete the listing immediately. Tickets that are listed on the web site that are not available is a violation of our user agreement and your account could be at risk of suspension if such listings are found.

Q: How do I list section and row information?

A: In the Section and Row fields, enter the section and row information exactly as it appears on your tickets. For example, let’s say your tickets are printed with the following section and row information:

Section: UBAL
Row: EE

In this example, you would type UBAL in the Section field, EE in the Row field, and nothing else in either field.

Important: You must provide accurate section and row information for the tickets you list. Do not enter TBD, TBA, N/A, or any other erroneous, inapplicable, or extraneous information in the Section or Row fields. Also, please make sure to indicate whether or not the tickets are seated together.

Do not put additional information in the Section, Row, or Seat fields.
